Catfish

She is cantbetamed26 a fellow deviant that I found on the main page a few weeks ago. She's absolutely beautiful and actually a very gifted photographer. More importantly, lately, she has been my catfish.This is only a little way to thank her. She reminded me that being scared to dead is only a small price to pay for getting to know someone and that is a lesson I had forgotten.

I have a thing of drawing random people I see in the internet. It's noting creepy if you are wondering...I just think that I can inspire and at the same time make someone's life a little better with just letting know that a random stranger cared enough to take the time to make a little portrait and wish them well. Life is just better when you know some notices you exist and it feels like the right thing to do when you have the skill set I have been given. I have made countless friends this way and made all kinds of meaningful relationships by sending a drawing to a complete stranger with a little encouragement note just saying that I cared. I always been the "catfish" for others...not like the MTV show, more like the fish in the story.She is a beautiful and unexpected exception to that pattern. "cantbetamed" has actually been an inspiration to me way before I ever reached out to her in anyway with a anything of my own and I am pleasantly surprised by it.

So if she ever reads this: "I hope you are having a great day,If you are, I hope this made it even better.......if not,please use this for a rainy day to know I think you are a catfish......thank you!"


I made this little charcoal sketch of her, but I'm not quite sure this is how she looks like. For all I know this could be a really sexy friend or sister, but too late to be asking now. Please do not be fooled by my masterful depiction of her hotness using only a charcoal pencil and my pinky finger. No, she is way better looking than what my talents can render at this time at night. I had lots of fun making this and is great change of pace from using onlyn pastels all the time The best thing about this is how I am already looking forward to next time I get a chance to draw her again in a near future.
